His firm earned placement in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, an honor reserved for fewer than five percent of law firms nationwide. Mitch has been recognized year after year as a Southern California Super Lawyer and holds the highest AV peer rating for ethics, judgment, and legal ability. He has also served as a Judge Pro Tem, a mediator for the Orange County Superior Court, and a fee mediator for the Orange County Bar Association, experience that gives him rare insight into how judges, juries, and opposing counsel evaluate serious injury cases.
Mitch is also a nationally recognized authority on evidence, technology, and emerging issues that increasingly shape modern personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He is a leading voice on AI, Web3, and digital evidence, helping courts and lawyers understand how technology impacts proof, liability, and credibility. He has authored ten books, including Artificial Intelligence in Law, The Web3, Metaverse and AI Handbook, Mastering the Art of Negotiation, and The Metaverse Business Blueprint. He contributed Chapter 54 on electronic and social media evidence to the California State Bar’s guide Effective Introduction of Evidence in California, a critical resource in cases where digital evidence can determine outcomes.
As a speaker and educator, Mitch has keynoted across the country and has twice presented at Tony Robbins’ Business Mastery before audiences of thousands. Media outlets regularly turn to him for insight on high-profile cases, complex litigation, and the evolving intersection of law and technology, particularly where accountability and public safety are at stake.
Mitch became a lawyer to help people, and that purpose has never changed. His work as a personal injury and wrongful death lawyer is grounded in empathy, integrity, and an unshakable commitment to justice. He understands that behind every case is a family seeking answers, respect, and fair accountability.
